Dabangg director Abhinav Singh Kashyap hits out at Salman Khan’s family

Sushant Singh Rajput‘s untimely demise has reignited the conversation about nepotism in Bollywood. The actor died by suicide, but many feel that it has a lot to do with him not being accepted in the industry. At a time where everyone has been taking their stand, another story has come to the forefront. Dabangg director Abhinav Singh Kashyap has lashed out a Salman Khan’s family with a note on Facebook.

He went on to write about how Sushant’s fight shall continue even after his death. While he went on to mourn the death of the actor, he also demanded an investigation. He wrote, “The death of Sushant Singh Rajput brings under scanner the role YRF talent Management Agency might have played in pushing him towards his suicide but that is for the authorities to investigate.”

Dabangg director Abhinav Singh Kashyap also spoke about the Bollywood parties and treatment meted out to fresh talent. He wrote, “The talent is then lured with free invites to Bollywood parties and random Restaurant launches on the pretext of introducing them to celebrities. The Blinding glamour of celebs and lure of easy money is unleashed on the unsuspecting. Mind you they are all ignored and treated very badly at these parties so they feel demoralized and their self-confidence breaks.”

Well, he sure had a lot to say about the industry and its clutches and how things get worse, often. On the other hand, he also went out to slam Salman Khan’s family for the exploitation and bullying. In fact, he revealed how they threatened him at the most pivotal points of his career.

He further wrote, “The reason I moved out of making Dabangg 2 ten years ago is because Arbaaz Khan in collusion with Sohail Khan and family was trying to take control of my career by bullying me.” While revealing more about this, he also highlighted another detail. He revealed how he had to deal with so much negativity before the release of his film, Besharam.

Abhinav further wrote how Besharam had still netted 58 crores before it went out of theaters. None the less, that wasn’t the end and the satellite release of the movie suffered too. However, at the end of it all, he says it is now time to fight. While hoping that Sushant is in a happier place, he says he will make sure no such killings happen in the future.
