OTT watches for the week: Cargo, Hostages Season 2 and others

We have all been trying to work our way through working from home with the entertainment available online. There has been a surge in the content we see online and well, it is our only saviour, isn’t it? Hence, we decided to curate some films and shows with this list of OTT watches for the week.

While these shows and films might not appeal to you, what you will see is going to be a gem, so we think! Most of them are yet to be out, so that gives you something to look forward to!

The first film on our list of OTT watches for the week is this absolutely exciting Shweta Tripathi and Vikrant Massey starrer. The actors are both one to look out for this the genre, as interesting as it gets. If you are interested in sci-fi films, this one might be a winner for you. You might also want to check out JL50 if you like this one, for similar reasons!

C U Soon

Another growing genre in the country is mystery and thriller and so, this Malayalam film is our pick. C U Soon is already streaming on Prime Video and well, it has been a great watch. You might think that language is a barrier, but it won’t be. (It turned out to be my first regional language film!)

Hostages Season 2

For those who have seen the season 1 of Hostages, know why this one needs to be seen. The show has made a lot of buzz and so, here it is on our list of OTT watches for the week. With an actor like Ronit Roy taking over, we’d be rest assured about quality content to look for.

Wakaalat From Home

Loved permanent roommates? Well, if you didn’t watch that, you must see it first and then, move onto this one. It brings Sumeet Vyas and Nidhi Singh back on the screens and of course, WFH just got a different touch. It is going to be out soon and we are definitely vouching for it.

Atkan Chatkan

If you are an A.R Rahman fan, this film might make you fall in love with him a little more. While it is about him, it also highlights many other things. Dreams, hopes, and loads of music is what it promises for you.
