Telugu film releases: Upcoming movies on OTT to look out for

OTT has sure found quite takers as far as film watchers are concerned. Though the viewers are habituated to watching long-form content and binge on shows, a lot is in store. One category that doesn’t get enough recognition is South cinema. Hence, we decided to curate a list of some popular Telugu film releases that you can look forward to this month!

If you are someone who enjoys the medium or explores regional films, this list might come in handy. For someone who is learning to understand South Cinema better, this sure sounds like an absolute treat for me!

Upcoming Telugu film releases to catch up this month:

Aakasam Nee Haddhu Ra

For those who have been waiting for Aakasam Nee Haddhu Ra, it is finally time. Directed by Sudha Kongara, it is based on the life of Captain GR Gopinath. The trailer, in fact, added to the ongoing buzz around the movie and has everyone excited!

Maa Vintha Gaadha Vinuma

The highlight of this one has to be its ensemble cast, especially Sidhu Jonnalagadda and Seerat Kapoor coming together yet again. What makes this one into the Telugu film releases to look out for is the slice of life story that it deals with. It is the story of Sidhu, and how he falls in love with someone who is focused on her career. While they both seem to be opposites in more ways than one, this romantic saga is worth the watch.

Middle Class Melodies

Middle Class Melodies features Anand Deverakonda, Varsha Bollamma, Tharun Bhascker, and others in pivotal roles. Directed by Vindo Anantoju, the film is an all-time family entertainer and is slated for a release on November 20. Given the times that we are in, these are the kind of Telugu film releases that viewers can definitely use.

Ammoru Thalli

Featuring Nayanthara in the titular role, the movie deals with an interesting topic, as cna be seen from the trailer. While one might expect it to have its own twists and turns, it sure is a topic of absolute interest, especially in present times.

Anaganaga O Athidhi

The Payal Rajput and Chaithanya Krishna starrer is a reclaim of the popular film, Aa Karaala Ratri. A thriller by genre, this one has found many takes due to the growing popularity for thrillers in the country. While it has a dark side to it and explores the world of greed, the movie is helmed by Dayal Padmanabhan. While it sure does seem to give out Tumbbad feels with the way it sounds, we hope it turns out to be better after all!
