Unpaused trailer: The anthology film promises to be quite the breather on OTT

The Unpaused trailer was released today and we might be sure that it can possibly be the best films we see this year.

We’ve all had quite a difficult year and with the Unpaused trailer, we might see a glimmer of hope. An anthology with 5 different stories, it has quite the star cast after all. If that’s not enough, it does look extremely relatable and not just to some of us, but to all, in various aspects. Set amid the pandemic, we do feel strongly about this one!

The Unpaused trailer has managed to bring about various emotions together, of struggle, of love, and so much more. While we are introduced to a little bit of everyone’s life, we do want to know more. And well, that’s the thing about such anthologies, if they can keep you hooked to each of the stories, they’re likely to be a success. Every single character seems to have well thought of, and while we know there are layers to them, the intricacies of which, we’ll see eventually.

Check out Unpaused trailer here:

For starters, this is a casting coup in more sense than one. We have such diverse actors playing diverse roles, and not one seems like a done and dusted thing. Sumeet, or Gulshan, or even Ratna Pathak, all of them are reasons to look out for this one. Abhishek Banerjee, the gem of an actor from Paatal Lok, also looks like an actor we might want to watch out for.

The Unpaused trailer shows the diversity and range that the film enjoys, purely because of the anthology. With great stories, great actors, and some amazing filmography, we are definitely excited for this one! The 5 stories are named as follows –

  • Glitch (Gulshan Deviah and Saiyami Kher)
  • Apartment (Richa Chadha, Sumeet Vyas, and Ishwak Singh)
  • Rat – A – Tat (Rinku Rajguru and Lillete Dubey)
  • Vishaanu (Abhishek Banerjee and Geetika Vidya Ohlyan)
  • Chaand Mubarak (Ratna Pathak Shah and Shardul Bharadwaj)

The film releases on December 18, 2020!

There is no such thing as enough of reading and writing, or so I believe. While everything else might cause saturation, words always come to the rescue. A writer for a major part of my life, I take things as they come, but not without a pen and paper.
