On Monday, for the fourth time, Nitish Kumar vowed as the Bihar chief minister in Patna. Amit Shah, Union Home Minister and J P Nadda will be attending the oath ceremony, the Rashtriya Janata Dal.
The party took it to twitter by stating that they will avoid the ceremony because the public gave the order to change which is against the NDA.
RJD said, ” RJD boycotts the swearing-in ceremony. The mandate for change was against NDA. The mandate has been changed into government order. As the unemployed youth, farmers, contract workers, teachers what they are going through. People are upset with the fraud committed by NDA. We are people’s representatives and we stand with people.”
Nitish Kumar’s Oath
As per, Raj Bhavan communication, Governor Phagu Chauhan will give the oath of office and secrecy at 4:30 pm, reports PTI.
Nitish Kumar, JDU chief obtained 43 seats out of 71 it fought in the Bihar elections and BJP won 74, an alliance partner.
As per BJP’s choice, Nitish Kumar will remain as the chief minister of Bihar and Sushil Modi is removed as the deputy chief minister. The BJP Katihar MLA Tarkishore Prasad is chosen as Legislature Party leader.
PM Modi on Sunday, tweeted in Hindi, “Karyakarta ka padd toh koi chheen nahin sakta (No one can take away my position as a party worker).”
