The New WhatsApp Privacy Policy Sparks Meme-Fest On Twitter Feat. New Statement

The new statement by Whatsapp on its new Privacy Policy says, "We don't see your private messages or hear your calls."

The mobile messaging app, WhatsApp has been in the news lately after the company released its latest privacy policy update. According to the new WhatsApp Privacy Policy, the users have to accept the new terms and conditions, or else they cannot use the app after the 8th of February.

 

“As part of the Facebook Companies, WhatsApp receives information from and shares information (see here) with, the other Facebook Companies. We may use the information we receive from them, and they may use the information we share with them, to help operate, provide, improve, understand, customize, support, and market our Services and their offerings, including the Facebook Company Products.”

 

People have been super skeptical about using WhatsApp. One of the main concerns here is that WhatsApp might share the user data with its parent company, Facebook. Amid all this, Twitter could not help but start a meme-fest on the #WhatsappPrivacy.
