Every September, Apple users wait with bated breaths for the tech giant’s latest launches, including new iPhones and other high-profile gadgets. However, this year, the timeline has certainly differed, thanks to the ongoing COVID-19 pandemic. But still, we are equally excited to witness the new iPhone lineup in September at the brand’s Cupertino campus. And of course, the other products like the new Apple Watch.
So, let’s take a look at what all you can expect at Apple’s fall event 2020:
As expected, the biggest launch this year would be iPhone 12. Reportedly, there might be four iPhone 12 models in three different screen sizes: a 5.4-inch iPhone 12, a 6.1-inch iPhone 12 Max, a 6.1-inch iPhone 12 Pro, and a 6.7-inch iPhone 12 Pro Max. In fact, all of these will be powered by Apple’s A14 Bionic chipset apart from having a high-quality, OLED display. Apparently, the top-end model may have 3D depth-sensing technology. The base model is said to be of $649.
Apple Watch Series 6
Like every year, Apple is expected to launch a new Apple Watch model. The Series 6 will include new features and an updated processor. Apart from the sleep-tracking feature, it will also feature a sensor for blood oxygen monitoring.
Buzz is that Apple is planning to launch an updated version of Apple TV streaming box, which might be powered by the A12X processor and 64GB or 128GB storage.
The biggest Apple launch this year might be AirTags, which is the company’s new location-tracking device. It might be similar to popular Bluetooth tracking products from Tile. The product can be attached to luggage, backpack, or handbag and its location can be tracked via Find My app inside iOS.
Rumour has it that AirPods will be taken to the next level with a pair of high-end, wireless over-ear headphones. They will automatically pause and resume audio playback when you remove or wear them. The cost is said to be around $399.
While iPad Pro got updated earlier this year, Apple is reportedly looking to launch the new entry-level iPad will have a 10.8-inch screen with thick and chunky bezels.
