Vibha Tomar studies fourth-year at Arawali Veterinary College in Rajasthan. During the pandemic, she went back to her residence in Delhi where she spent most of the time inside. She gave a thought about the voiceless strays who are starving without food and soon decided to feed the strays every night.
Along with feeding them, she tied radium collars to the stray dogs that will help prevent accidents as the collars shine in the dark.
