Heavy snowfall in Srinagar and other parts of Kashmir has disrupted flights operations and vehicular traffic, but it did not stop one determined Amazon delivery executive from doing his job as he chose a horse as his mode of transport. In a video that is being widely circulated, an unidentified man can be seen riding a horse to drop off orders.
Since the video surfaced on social media, it has been viewed thousands of times across Twitter and Facebook. The Amazon delivery executive can be seen in the video riding a horse through a street covered in snow. He then dismounts to hand over a parcel to a customer.
Sharing the one minute-long clip on the microblogging platform, a Twitter user wrote: “Amazon delivery innovation”.

Several people showered praises on the delivery person for going beyond duty. Amazon, too, took note of the viral video, and here’s what the company’s customer service account tweeted in response to the clip:

Several Twitter users tagged Amazon CEO Jeff Bezos to bring the man’s dedication to his notice.
There has been continuous snowfall in Jammu and Kashmir over the last week. Parts of the Union Territory — particularly the Kashmir Valley — have been cut off from the rest of the world.
