NASA astronaut Victor Glover recently took to social media to share a stunning view of the earth from space. Glover recently travelled to the International Space Station.
His first video shows the breathtaking Blue Planet from space. Glover, however, says that it does not do justice to the real thing. do justice to the real thing.
Pointing the camera towards earth, Glover says in the video: “The video just doesn’t do it justice – It is pretty amazing though”.

Sharing a clip on Twitter, Glover wrote: “My first video from space! Looking at the Earth through the window of Dragon Resilience. The scale of detail and sensory inputs made this a breathtaking perspective!”
The video has been viewed nearly two million times on the social media platform, and collected thousands of comments and over one lakh ‘likes’.
Last week, 43-year-old Glover entered the ISS after a 27-hour, completely automated flight from NASA’s Kennedy Space Center, along with three other astronauts. They were welcomed to the space station by NASA astronaut Kate Rubins and Russian cosmonauts Sergey Ryzhikov and Sergey Kud-Sverchkov, as part of the SpaceX Crew-1 mission.
“I’ve seen a ton of pictures, but when I first looked out the window at Earth, I had no words. It was an amazing, once-in-a-lifetime feeling,” CNN quoted Glover as saying in a news conference from the ISS.
