#BanTwitter trends on Twitter, are Twitterati trolling themselves?

Hashtag #BanTwitter trends on Twitter and Twitteratis like always have started trolling THEMSELVES! Yes, that's right.

Recently, the government of India had ordered to block 1,178 accounts on microblogging and social networking website Twitter. The reason to block these accounts was that they ‘thought’ these accounts are linked to Pakistan and Khalistan and they are dominantly spreading misinformation and hatred among the masses. This provocation was directly linked to the ongoing farmers’ protest in the nation.

Twitter straight away took the necessary action but opposed to making any move on the news media outlets on the platform such as journalists, activists, and politicians. However, after the Union Railways Minister Piyush Goyal tweeted about moving to ‘KOO’ hashtag #BanTwitter started to trend.

And little did we know, Twitteratis were all set to flood away the platform with some hilarious memes and trolls.

Have a look:

Have you deleted your account and moved to ‘KOO’ as well?
