CoWIN server crashes as thousands of people rush to register, Twitter reacts

CoWin server crashed just mins after 4 pm however users decided to start a meme-fest on Twitter instead.

So as expected CoWin server crashed due to heavy traffic. We all know ‘Ye tho hona hi tha’ because people were waiting for so long to register for the 3rd phase of vaccination. The Indian government had made an announcement that the registration will start from 28 of April by 4 pm. So post 4 pm today within 10 mins the server crashed due to thousands of users tried to register. Even on the app a lot of users complained that they are waiting for OTP for the past one hour.

However, after failing to register themselves for vaccination the Internet decided to go on Twitter and start a meme-fest instead.
