Cricket is a funny game indeed and sometimes, it leaves many absolutely furious over the game. India is playing its 4th T20 match against England today. Making his international T20 debut today is Suryakumar Yadav. However, though he made a whopping 50 plus run, the third empire declared Suryakumar Yadav out. And well, Twitter is angry.

Almost immediately after Suryakumar hit 50, he lost his wicket by a catch out. However, as the third empire called for a closer look, he still dismissed the cricketer. As for Twitter and many other viewers, they feel it was unfair to declare Suryakumar Yadav out. In fact, multiple viewings of the catch, seem to clearly point at a not out for Suryakumar Yadav.

Ultimately, despite the doubts, due to the on field empire’s soft signal, the third empire declared Suryakumar Yadav out. If you are wondering what a soft signal is, let us explain. It is the decision made by umpires in cricket before referring the decision to TV review. If there is no indisputable evidence to the contrary, the soft signal is upheld

As a result of all of this, everyone is unhappy about the wicket and well, memes have started pouring in. More than just memes, Twitterverse is absolutetly unhappy about the third empire’s decision.

Check out some of the Tweets over empire declaring Suryakumar Yadav out:

Meanwhile, India has managed to score a strong 185. A lot of the credit goes to the performances by Yadav and Shreyas Iyer, among others. What is interesting to see is what will the batting ahead look like as for team England is concerned. Currently, England is leading by 2 wins. Hence, today’s win is important for India.

Meanwhile, netizens continue to be divided on their opinion on a lot of things. Among other things, Rohit Sharma’s performance has also been a let down. Unfortunately, Virat Kohli too, lost his wicket very early on today. Nonetheless, India managed a decent score.
