March 2020, the month when everything changed. The rise of COVID-19 cases in India and followed by the Indian government imposing the lockdown on the entire nation. We all witnessed and experienced a lot of things, right from hoarding monthly supplies to watching PM Modi announcing the great ‘Janata Curfew’. And today on 22 March 2021 we completed one year of this Janata Curfew.
This day last year PM Modi had urged everyone to bang thaalis to honor the frontline workers. And today as we remember the day, netizens have already started celebrating the ‘Janata Curfew’ anniversary.
Have a look:
One year of the #JanataCurfew Taali-thaali drama, remember:
▶Hospitals forced to donate 1-day staff/docs salary to PMCARES sham
▶Rs1200 Cr spent in ads but cut salary of medical staff/docs
▶Rs20000Cr central vista project; but no money to equip front liners with PPE kits

Modi keeps asking people to be careful about COVID’s second wave
He then places Ads asking Lakhs to attend Mahakumbh
He addresses several rallies where he doesn’t wear Masks & there is no social distancing 🙄

Well, banging thalis and dancing on the roads isn’t enough now. We need to respect our frontline workers every single day for doing what they have done in such a difficult time. Meanwhile, follow the COVID rules, get yourself vaccinated and stay safe!
