On Saturday, India reported over 3.46 lakh fresh Covid-19 cases which is the highest single-day spike until now. The total tally of the country is about 1.66 crore cases. The number of active cases are 25,52,940 while 2,19,838 recovered from the virus infection. In such a difficult time where India is facing a shortage of oxygen, vaccines and all the raw material, the neighbors have offered a helping hand to India. On 23 April #Indianeedsoxygen started trending on Twitter in Pakistan after Pakistani citizens urged Prime Minister Imran Khan to offer support and help to India. Even today #PakistanstandswithIndia is trending on Twitter in India and Pakistan.
Have a look:
I know #Pakistan is not in a position to offer anything to #India in this pandemic but a silent message from Pakistanis to Indian fellows – #PakistanstandswithIndia is the top trend in Pakistan and you don’t often see such trends here. Om Shanti. Rab Rakha 🙏
