Twitter Had A Field Day After Rishabh Pant Dropped Two Catches In Three Overs

Twitter trolls Rishabh Pant after he dropped two catches in just three overs in the ongoing 3rd Test against Australia.

Why Rishabh Pant, Why? Indian wicket-keeper Rishabh Pant dropped two catches inside three overs on Day 1 of the third Test as luck shined on Australian debutant Will Pucovski.

In the 22nd over, Ravichandran Ashwin bowled a good length ball to drift outside off. Pucovski played for the turn but the ball kept straight and took an edge off the bat. It was a regular and easy catch for a wicket-keeper but Pant went for it with hard hands and failed to grab it.

Then exactly four overs later, Mohammed Siraj bowled a bouncer to Pucovski. Pucovski couldn’t judge the pace and the ball looped in the air off his glove. After going backward, Pant dived and got his gloves on the ball. But unfortunately, the ball slipped and Pant couldn’t stop it from hitting the ground.

However, Twitteratis in no time started trolling Pant for dropping two catches and giving 2 lives to the debutant Pucovski.
